• Limited session and security data such as IP and location metadata when needed for abuse prevention.

Why we use it

• Authenticate accounts and keep the service secure.
• Provide gameplay, moderation, notifications, and support.
• Apply age-based feature limits for direct messages, forum posting, and uploads.
• Investigate abuse, enforce policies, and meet legal obligations.

Who can access it

Authorised admins and moderators can access date of birth and age band where needed for account administration, age-gating, safety, and compliance.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for active accounts, safety, moderation, and operational records, then delete or anonymise it subject to legal and operational requirements.

Your choices

You can block other users, report content, export your account data, or close your account from the data rights page. Closing an account anonymises retained records where possible and revokes active sessions.
