Accounts and acceptable use

• You must be at least 13 years old to register.
• Direct messages are limited to users who share a world unless an admin or moderator is involved.
• Custom uploads from ages 13 to 15 require admin review before they can be used.
• You may not harass, threaten, spam, impersonate, or post illegal content.
• We may remove content, restrict access, or ban accounts that violate these terms.
• You are responsible for anything you post or send through the service.

Subscriptions, pricing, and renewal

Paid tiers are monthly digital subscriptions. The exact GBP base price, billing frequency, tax treatment, and included features for every tier are published on the pricing page. Applicable tax is calculated and shown before payment.

By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge the displayed initial amount and then automatically charge the applicable monthly renewal price until cancellation. If we increase a renewal price, we will give advance notice and the new price will apply only as described in that notice and applicable law.

Immediate digital access

You request delivery of digital subscription benefits immediately after Stripe confirms successful payment. Access is normally enabled immediately, but payment processing or synchronization can occasionally take a few minutes. By starting immediate digital access, you acknowledge that any statutory cancellation right may be affected once supply begins, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel renewal through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period, and paid access remains available until then. Closing an account cancels active Stripe subscriptions before closure.

Tier changes

Upgrades change the existing subscription through Stripe, normally take effect after successful confirmation, and may create an immediate prorated charge for the remaining billing period. Available downgrades are managed through Stripe and normally take effect as shown in the confirmation flow. Stripe displays the price effect before you confirm a tier change.
