Statutory Cancellation Information
UK distance-contract information and optional model form.
Your normal cooling-off period
UK consumers normally have 14 days after a qualifying distance contract is concluded to tell the trader that they wish to cancel. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send an unambiguous cancellation statement before the period expires.
Premium benefits are requested to begin immediately. Where the legal conditions are met, beginning supply can mean you lose the cancellation right for qualifying digital content. A premium subscription may also contain an ongoing service element; different consequences, including a proportionate charge for service supplied at your express request, may apply. Immediate supply does not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or incorrectly supplied content or services.
To exercise a right, email [email protected], write to the address below, or use support. State clearly that you are cancelling the contract, identify the subscription, and provide enough account information for us to locate it. The optional form below is not required.
