Export your account data or close your account.

Self-service exports include the account profile, age band, memberships, messages, forum posts, moderation records, and reports associated with your account. Exact date of birth is retained for authorised admin and moderator access, but is not shown in the self-service export.

Closing your account permanently signs you out and anonymises the account. Any active Stripe subscription is cancelled first so it cannot renew. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, the account will remain open and you can contact support@shadowgovt.com.

Account closure cancels active subscription renewal, revokes active sessions, and anonymises the account where we must retain related records for safety or legal reasons. Some moderation, transaction, and audit records may still be retained where needed for integrity, accounting, abuse prevention, or legal obligations.
