• Block users you do not want to contact you.
• Forum posting and direct messages are available to all registered users, regardless of age band.
• Direct messages also require users to share a world unless an admin or moderator is involved.
• Report messages, forum posts, news, comments and lore that may break the rules; choose the closest serious-safety category and add context.
• Moderators can hide content, warn users, lock threads, and resolve reports.

What happens after a report

Reports enter the moderation queue. Moderators can review context, hide or restore supported content, warn or restrict accounts, lock threads, and record a resolution. The service does not claim to scan every private message or automatically detect every harmful category.

Use Support to complain about safety handling or appeal a relevant moderation decision. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service; do not rely on an in-game report as an emergency channel. See the Community Standards for prohibited categories and the protected space for good-faith political debate.

The service is open to people aged 13 and up. Communication access is not restricted by age band; reporting and moderation protect forums and direct messages, while blocking, shared-world eligibility, and rate limits additionally protect direct messages. Custom uploads from ages 13 to 15 are reviewed by an admin before use.
